This is a prepaid master card for US market. While this can be issued any where in US but not in Wisconsin. You can get up to $2500 even if you had bankruptcy or you have very bad or poor credit score. When you apply for this credit card, you will also receive a call from creditrepair.com where you can consult with them for the available credit repair options.

Criteria for User Ratings
Card rating - This is overall credit card rating. You have the option to choose from 1 star to 5 stars.
Features - If the credit card offers you good features, then it deserves good recognition. You can give from 1 to 5 stars.
Value for Money - This is a very important review requirement. If the credit card is excellent but it charges through the roof, it is not value for money card. So decide based on your experience how many stars the credit card deserves.
Support - We all know that if we don’t get the support when we need it, the credit card looses its’ value.
